Mr Alex Thrall

Head of Primary
PGCE (M), University of East Anglia; BA Hons Social and Cultural studies, University of Nottingham
Having started my career teaching in Ipswich, I moved back to my home town in South East London where I worked in a range of teaching and leadership positions. After 9 years in total working in the UK I made the move to international teaching, moving to Panama in 2017 where I helped lead the school through a period of rapid growth. I have led teams in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as well as carrying out roles as Assistant Principal in two different schools. I am passionate about nurturing well-being - with academic excellence being a fundamental part of this, as well as developing compassion for oneself and for others. Outside of school, I enjoy a range of sports and outdoor activities, as well as reading and music.
