Thursday, June 27, 2019
Friday 21st June, 2019 and once again another prestigious event at The British School of Navarra. With no room to spare in the 300 seat theatre, children from Year 1 - 6, their teachers and parents, came together to celebrate educational progress made this academic year.

Headteacher, Mr Adam Johnson, spoke about how every child in school, has made progress throughout the year, and were praised for this.  However, those recognised at this event have been identified by their teachers as making the most, outstanding progress in areas of learning, including English, Maths, Spanish, Music and Physical Education.

Musical performances at the event included a piano solo of ‘Minueto’ composed by Leopold Mozart, the instrumental musical group performing ‘Surfin’ on the violin and the junior choir performing an up-lifting rendition of Can’t stop the feeling’ by Justin Timberlake.

Children from Year 6 led the event from beginning to end, demonstrating that BSN successfully enables children to be independent and confident leaders in all parts of school life.   We were also regaled with the experiences of children from Year 6, as they reflected upon their time in primary as they prepare to head, next year to our expanding Secondary school.
